The InSouto website and services are operated by the Entrepreneurial Project of José Carlos Oliveira Paiva (237578395).

2. Scope and intended users
InSouto is intended for companies, sole traders and other professionals with industrial needs or capabilities. Anyone acting for an organisation must have legal capacity and authority to represent it. Platform representatives must be adults.
The corporate website presents solutions, prices, services and contact options. Registration, search, messages and supply requests take place on the InSouto Platform, according to the features and terms available there.
Browsing this website or sending a message does not, by itself, constitute the purchase of a paid service. Specific conditions accepted in a proposal or subscription supplement these terms and define the exact service scope, without prejudice to applicable law.
3. InSouto’s role and business between companies
InSouto connects business needs with industrial capabilities through technology, data and human support. It does not act as a reseller of suppliers’ products.
Negotiation, final product or supply prices, taxes, transport, deadlines, payment, warranties and after-sales terms are agreed directly between the company and the supplier. InSouto is not a party to those contracts unless a specific agreement expressly states otherwise.
No automatic commission is charged on business completed between companies. Any variable remuneration for an InSouto service requires prior, express agreement.
4. Free Access and supply requests
Free Access has no charge. It includes browsing, searching companies, products, catalogues and capabilities, viewing profiles, direct contact and use of the AI Agent when available.
A company may message suppliers, open, submit and view its own supply requests and negotiate with several suppliers through the available tools. Initial submission of a request does not automatically activate paid research or support.
Requests must contain truthful, current and sufficient information to understand the need. Each supplier’s availability, capacity and terms must be confirmed before any commercial decision.
5. Assisted Request and refund
An Assisted Request costs €49 per request. It includes clarification of the need and requirements, research inside and, where necessary, outside the InSouto network, contact to confirm stated interest and suitability, comparison of alternatives and a reasoned, pre-filtered selection based on the specifications supplied.
The service does not guarantee that a suitable supplier exists or that proposals will be received. If no solution is found that answers the supply request, InSouto refunds the full amount paid for that request.
The company remains responsible for final assessment of the alternatives and for all technical, commercial and documentary checks required before appointing a supplier.
6. Corporate Solution and Digital Clusters
The Corporate Solution is designed for complex or multidisciplinary needs, multi-supplier projects, new products, pilots, prototypes and supplies requiring continued coordination. Investment starts at €750 per request or project.
The final price depends on complexity, number of suppliers, duration, confidentiality and support. Scope and quotation are presented and approved before work begins. They may include national and international research, proposal comparison, coordination between companies, meetings, document sharing, messaging and support from an InSouto business consultant.
When contracted, a private Digital Cluster organises participants, communication, files and stages of work. Access rules, responsibilities and shared information are defined for the project. Participants must respect confidentiality and document rights; specific non-disclosure agreements should be established where needed.
7. Plans for Industrial Suppliers
Presence costs €49/month, paid annually, totalling €588/year. It includes profile preparation, organisation of the offer and catalogues, direct messaging, access to open requests, organic prospecting, a quarterly report, a profile review every 90 days and two newsletter or promotional inclusions per year. Initial setup includes up to two hours of work.
Growth costs €249/month and includes Presence, plus commercial and market priorities, monthly opportunity review, alerts, support interpreting requests and preparing replies, communication and market intelligence, as described in the plan.
Expand costs €789/month and includes Growth, plus a 90-day action plan, active national and international prospecting, company-approved outreach, consultant support, meeting and cluster support, up to six hours of personalised work per month and a quarterly commercial report. Unused monthly hours do not roll over.
Additional work, extensive catalogues, technical translations, exclusive studies, websites, integrations and special projects require separate approval or quotation. The reference rate for additional work is €75/hour when applicable and approved in advance.
Payment, start, term, renewal, amendment and cancellation conditions are provided before contracting. Displaying a monthly reference price does not change the expressly stated annual payment for Presence.
8. Industrial Startup Programme
The Industrial Startup Programme is for emerging companies with real, differentiated solutions and an identifiable industrial application. Entry is subject to application and InSouto assessment.
Admitted companies receive free entry for 12 months, with no monthly fee, a supplier profile prepared under the Growth plan, presentation of the solution, compatible contacts and requests, potential participation in clusters and an ‘Innovative Industrial Startup’ badge.
There is no automatic charge when the period ends. Future conditions will be communicated by InSouto. The programme and badge are not technical certification and do not guarantee contacts, contracts or funding.
9. Supplier obligations
Suppliers must identify themselves correctly as legal entities or sole traders and meet the legal, tax, professional and commercial obligations applicable to their activity, products and services.
The supplier is responsible for the accuracy of stated characteristics, capabilities, certifications, availability and terms. It may only publish products and content for which it holds the necessary rights or permissions, and must inform InSouto of changes or temporary unavailability.
Prices for products or supplies must clarify included taxes, charges and fees, as well as transport or other costs to be agreed. Images and presentations do not replace the technical description or prior confirmation with the supplier.
Suppliers should check messages regularly and reply to InSouto and interested companies within 24 business hours. No reply may result in unavailability being communicated and alternatives being presented to the company seeking a solution.
10. Accounts, content and responsible use
Platform credentials are personal and must be kept confidential. Fraudulent use, loss or unauthorised access must be reported to InSouto immediately.
The service may not be used for false information, unlawful practices, content that infringes third-party rights, abusive communication or actions that harm platform transparency or operation. Public product comments must not contain links, contact details, email addresses or personal data; the appropriate commercial channels must be used.
InSouto may review reported information, request corrections and remove content or restrict access where these rules are breached, taking account of seriousness, applicable agreements and the law.
11. Recommendations, advertising and service limits
Alternative selection considers technical suitability, capacity, location, timing, certifications and stated interest. A paid plan, banner or presentation feature does not guarantee priority in a technical recommendation.
AI tools and information organised by InSouto support search and comparison but do not replace company assessment, supplier confirmation or specialist analysis required by a project. Information checks are not product or company certification.
Except for the Assisted Request refund commitment and expressly agreed deliverables, InSouto does not guarantee any number of contacts, meetings, proposals, sales or contracts. Dedicated services remunerate the defined work and support. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Intellectual property and personal data
The InSouto identity, text, images and other original content belong to the responsible entity or are used with the appropriate permission. Reuse must respect copyright, trade marks and the rights of their owners.

13. Updates and platform conditions
This page states its last revision date. Changes are published on the website; services already contracted remain governed by their agreement and applicable law. Material changes are communicated where required by contract or law.
This wording reflects the current corporate communication and plans. The Terms and Conditions published on the portal, dated 09/03/2023, remain a reference for that environment. This website update does not itself amend the portal text.
